If you are in dire need of assistance, you can call our number and leave a voicemail for our on-call technician. The rate for support is $170 per hour with a 2 hour minimum, and on-site is $250 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Since billing will be closed this week as well, the minimum deposit will be required to be paid with a credit card. If it is an issue that can wait, we will be on limited hours next week and fully return to normal the following week.
