This day is a day to remember. 75 years ago, today, marks the infamous an most resounding event in World War 2 history. D-Day is the day, June 6th, 1944, that marks the events that took place on the beaches of Normany. Our beloved and heroic military bravely stormed the beaches of Normandy to fight off and defeat the Axis German soldiers. Today, we remember, those who sacrificed everything and those who knew them. Our World War 2 veterans helped preserve our freedom. If you see a World War 2 veteran, be sure to thank them and appreciate what they have given you.
