Remote Work Awareness Training – Part 1

At Cross Industries, our highest concern is to help you, your company, and your employees be aware of all threats and manipulation from technology. To train and educate, we partner with Hook Security for security awareness training. One of the primary ways Hook Security delivers the message to reduce risk is with humor. As they often say at Hook: “Cybersecurity is too important to take seriously.” While that is true, your health and your employees’ health is no laughing matter. As the COVID-19 virus continues to become a growing worldwide concern, we wanted to take just a minute to remind you that the bad guys never take a day off. (And they have been working remotely for years.)

While we are all busy taking care of ourselves and being extremely careful not to spread the virus, we must remember our corporate security posture. As more and more companies ask their employees to work remotely, threats and technological risks are increasing as well.

Please join Cross Industries and Hook Security on Friday, 3/20 @ 4:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), and Monday, 3/23 @ 10:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time), for a short two-part webinar on security awareness. In Friday’s webinar we will provide quick tips for staying safe while working remotely. Monday’s webinar will focus on how we deliver security awareness training that creates a positive and healthy security culture for your company that ensures your employees and data is safe while working from home.
